Consent to receive promotional messages
When separately subscribing, I freely give prior permission for Individual Entrepreneur Svirin Andrei Viktorovich, INN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722, to send advertisements for his services and materials to the email address I specify.
1. Subject and channel
Consent covers only email advertising about activities, services and materials related to svirin.work. It does not permit advertising calls, sharing the contact for independent advertising by others or changing the selected channel without a separate expression of intent.
2. Separate consent
Before mailings begin, the recipient reads this document and separately confirms their wish to receive advertising. Merely having an address in a message, contract or payment documents does not confirm a subscription. A separate document records consent to processing mailing-list data.
The advertising sender retains proof of the specific consent and its version. Without proof, advertising may not be sent.
3. Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until withdrawal, but for no longer than three years after it is separately expressed. Renewal requires a new expression of intent.
To opt out, simply email mail@svirin.work from the subscribed address or use an available unsubscribe method in the advertising email received. Receipt of the request means advertising to that address and data processing for sending it must stop immediately. No additional documents are required for an ordinary unsubscribe request.
4. Voluntary nature
Refusal does not restrict viewing the website, making inquiries or ordering services. Necessary messages about an existing order are not a basis for continuing advertising. Contact-data processing terms are set out in the Policy.
