Consent to processing mailing-list data
When arranging such a subscription, I freely consent to Individual Entrepreneur Svirin Andrei Viktorovich, INN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722, processing my email address and necessary consent records to send advertising messages to which I have separately consented.
1. Purpose and data
The purpose is to maintain a voluntary subscription, send agreed advertising messages and implement opt-outs. Data processed include the email address, voluntarily provided name, date, method, version and content of consent, subscription status and opt-out date. Inquiry materials, payment history and personal correspondence are not used for advertising profiling on this basis.
2. Processing procedure
Collection, recording, storage, organisation, updating, retrieval, use for agreed mailings, necessary technical access where a legal basis exists, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and manual means. The contact is not disclosed to others for independent advertising.
Data are disclosed to technical processors only to the necessary extent and subject to the requirements for entrusted processing. Technical access alone does not create a right to use the address for other purposes.
3. Expression and duration
This consent is expressed separately from consent to receive advertising, the contract terms and other documents being confirmed. Proof of both advertising consents must be obtained and retained before processing begins.
Consent remains valid until withdrawal, achievement of its purpose or termination of the subscription, but for no longer than three years after it is separately expressed. Changes to the text do not extend previously given consent.
4. Withdrawal
Send a notice to mail@svirin.work, specifying the subscribed address, or use the unsubscribe method in the advertising message. Opting out of advertising also withdraws consent to data processing for sending it.
On receipt of the request, advertising processing and mailings stop immediately. In the absence of another independent legal basis, data are destroyed within statutory periods. A minimal record of the implemented opt-out or proof of consent may be retained to protect rights on an independent lawful basis, limited to necessary information and no longer than three years after the subscription ends; it is not used to resume advertising.
5. Limits
Consent is not a condition for considering an inquiry or entering into a contract. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or remove obligations to retain certain mandatory documents on another lawful basis.
