Consent to processing inquiry data
Contact by email
To ask an ordinary question or enquire about a service, simply send an email. You do not need to prepare consent using a template in advance, send it in a separate email, or repeat your question.
The necessary processing of ordinary correspondence takes place on independent lawful grounds and within the limits described in the Personal Data Processing Policy. Sending an email does not, in itself, constitute acceptance of the consent below or permission for other purposes.
If consent is genuinely required for particular processing, a separate request specifying the purpose, categories of data, processing operations and duration will be sent before that processing begins. You do not need to send consent on your own initiative with every ordinary email.
The consent terms below apply where consent itself is the legal ground for the processing concerned. They do not require separate consent to be sent in advance for every ordinary enquiry.

1. Purpose
Receiving and considering my inquiry, clarifying circumstances, preliminarily assessing the task and its price, preparing a response and further correspondence about the same inquiry. Consent is not given for unspecified future examinations.
2. Data categories
My name or full name to the extent I provide it, email address, additional contacts provided for a response, inquiry content, information about the object and my data in necessary attachments. Other categories are included only on a separate proper legal basis.
The website has no inquiry collection form. An email itself contains the usual technical delivery details. The website does not create an inquiry record with my browsing history, form-completion time or uploaded files.
3. Processing activities
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use for responding, necessary technical access where a legal basis exists, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and manual means.
Consent does not authorise publication, advertising use of Materials, inclusion in public databases or disclosure as analytics parameters. The Controller follows the technical-processor and confidentiality requirements set out in the Policy.
4. Duration
Until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 90 calendar days after the last substantive interaction about the inquiry, unless consent is withdrawn earlier. If there is no follow-up, the period runs from receipt of the email. Automated notifications do not extend it.
If a contract is concluded, necessary information may be processed on the independent basis of its conclusion and performance; mandatory documents are retained for statutory periods. Minimal information needed to prove consent or protect rights may be retained on an independent legal basis to the necessary extent.
5. Expression and withdrawal
Consent is recorded separately from other documents being confirmed, in a separate message or document. Suggested wording to send yourself: "I consent to processing my personal data to consider my inquiry under https://svirin.work/en/legal/personal-data-consent/, version No. 1 dated 26.10.2026."
Viewing the website, opening an email application or reading this page does not express consent. The existence of other statutory processing grounds is assessed separately.
To withdraw consent, send a notice to mail@svirin.work and information allowing the inquiry to be located. After withdrawal, consent-based processing stops; destruction takes place within statutory periods unless another legal basis exists.
6. Limits
Consent does not include advertising, analytics, disclosure to an unrestricted audience or third-party data. It does not replace written consent or another permission where a special form is mandatory by law.
